Owner & Head Coach of Phoenix Evolution Training
My passion for fitness didn't start in the gym — it started through sports. I grew up playing soccer, and that's where I first fell in love with movement, discipline, and pushing myself.
That passion evolved into the gym, where I eventually stepped on stage and competed in NPC Bikini bodybuilding — an experience that taught me what it truly takes to transform not only physically, but mentally.
I attended Penn State University, graduating with a degree in Economics. After graduating I found myself searching for direction — and that's when everything clicked. Fitness gave me back my confidence, discipline, and spark.
That's what led me to become an ACE Certified Personal Trainer in 2016, along with earning my Weight Management and Nutrition Specialist certifications. I built Phoenix Evolution Training in 2025 around one vision: helping people become stronger, more confident versions of themselves.
